Tandem® t:slim X2 Insulin Pump

Managing insulin delivery throughout the day doesn’t have to be challenging—the Tandem t:slim X2 insulin pump makes it easy. This tubed insulin pump holds up to 300 units of insulin, making daily injections a thing of the past. Its sleek and slim design makes it smaller than competing tubed insulin pumps for discreet wearability.*

The Tandem t:slim X2 allows you to schedule and adjust insulin doses with its easy-to-understand touchscreen interface. This pump also offers Bluetooth connectivity to share information with smartphones and tablets.

The Tandem t:slim X2 can also be used with popular continuous glucose monitor (CGM) models, like the Dexcom G6 and G7 and FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus. Users can choose between two technologies for insulin delivery when paired with a CGM: Control-IQ, which predicts glucose levels half an hour in advance and reacts accordingly, and Basal-IQ, which pauses insulin delivery when it detects a user’s glucose levels will drop below 80 mg/dL. These cutting-edge features can help you stay within your target range with minimal effort.

Gone are the days of constant manual adjustments or worrying about missed doses. Whether you’re at home, work, or on the go, the Tandem t:slim X2 offers flexibility and control—so you can focus more on living your life and less on timing your insulin deliveries.

‡Tested to 3 feet for 30 minutes (IPX7).

§Users must still bolus for meals and actively manage their diabetes. If glucose values are predicted to be above 180 mg/dL, Control-IQ technology calculates a correction bolus using the Personal Profile settings and a target of 110 mg/dL and delivers 60% of that value. An Automatic Correction Bolus will not occur within 60 minutes of a bolus that has been delivered or canceled.
